In oil's embrace, a glimmer found,
As Fed's grand meeting doth abound;
Projections cast for economies wide,
Crude demands in futures spied.

Sterling steadfast, standing strong,
UK jobs prove labor's tender song;
Wage inflation clings like ivy's thread,
Low chances of rate cuts hence are tread.

In metals' gleam doth hope arise,
With eager eyes set 'pon the skies;
Yet gold may find its stronghold weak,
When hawkish Fed's strength doth speak.
