Upon the tomes of Tolkien, sing and cheer,
In secular times, his Christian lore stays clear,
Like ale keeping morals in our sphere,
In his stories, providence doth appear.

In the halls of coin, a tempest does stir,
Asset managers shield their secrets with a blur,
Like monks hiding the last cask of liqueur,
Transparency they dob't prefer.

The S&P with strength like a friar's prayer,
Its weekly performance beyond compare,
With Dow and Nasdaq, their gains they share,
Like monks sipping wine in the monastic lair.
